Hello! My name is Michelle M. Officer. I am the owner and operator of Jullion’s Jewels Child Care. I have operated my child care since 1992.

I was born and raised in beautiful Boise, Idaho. I have two sisters and awesome, supportive, loving parents. The children love it when “Granny & Papa” stop by. I attended Valley View Elementary, Fairmont Jr. High and Capital High School. I graduated from Capital in 1983. Go Eagles!! I then attended 4 years of college at Boise State University, majoring in Elementary Education. I have always had a love for children. I took a year out of college to be a nanny in Scarsdale, New York. It was nice to see another part of the country. Not to mention the life lesson’s I learned while in New York.

I married in 1990. We had a beautiful son, Isaiah Charles, born in 1993. I divorced in 1995.

Isaiah continues to be the highlight of my life. He is very active in the Meridian Kenpo Karate School. It has become our second family.

Isaiah and I worship our Lord and Savior at The Vineyard Christian Fellowship. I have had experience teaching Sunday school.

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. They have all been raised in the child care. Samuel is a miniature black (grey now!) poodle. He loves to play. Emma is a yellow lab. She has taken it upon herself to keep an eye on the children. The cats are Joey, who prefers to not be noticed and Steve-o who will rub your leg to encourage attention. They are a great addition to the house as they teach the children how we treat animals. Samuel and Emma have both graduated from Scotch Pines Dog School (with honors!).

I hope this answers a few questions about me. Please feel free to inquire further.

Sincerely,

Michelle M. Officer
